Welcome to Altea Casas
Altea Casas is an established real-estate agency based in Altea Hills, specialising exclusively in the Costa Blanca North. Founded in 2006 by Ronald Elkhuizen, the company has grown through personal recommendations, long-standing client relationships and deep local knowledge.
We guide international clients through every stage of buying property in Spain — from finding the right location and negotiating the purchase to legal checks, financing, the notary and aftercare. To make the process as clear and comfortable as possible, our team communicates in Dutch, Spanish, English, German, French, Polish and Russian.
